Jen has been a valued member of the ClubWell team since 2023, bringing over a decade of experience as a Yoga and Reformer Pilates instructor. She also leads her own movement education platform, Elevate, where she mentors and trains instructors through advanced, anatomy-informed programming.
As Movement Team Leader at ClubWell, Jen supports instructor development while elevating the overall member experience. Her expertise lies in core strength and pelvic floor rehabilitation, informed by both extensive training and personal experience as a mother of two.
Jen is STOTT Pilates trained, holds a 500-hour yoga certification, and has additional training in mindful meditation and breathwork, which she weaves seamlessly into her teaching. Her grounded, thoughtful approach empowers students to move with confidence, strength, and intention.
