Alyssa is a Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a background in competitive dance and a degree in Kinesiology and Health Science. Her approach to movement focuses on building strength, flexibility, and a strong mind–body connection.
Drawing on her dance and kinesiology training, Alyssa creates Pilates and Barre classes that emphasize postural alignment and muscular endurance. Known for her supportive, encouraging energy, she helps clients build a positive relationship with movement and their bodies.
