Danielle is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher dedicated to helping clients slow down, reconnect, and feel at ease in their bodies. Her classes offer a grounding complement to strength-based training, blending mindful movement with intentional rest.
With additional training in Yoga Anatomy & Neuroscience, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Sound Baths, Danielle creates practices that feel safe, supportive, and deeply restorative. Members can expect to leave feeling calm, empowered, and more connected—both physically and mentally.
